The End of something is always The Beginning something else ♥

Hey Guys! Well as my school as ended, my holidays have officially begun! And I'm actually having a really good time! :D But the big news is that tomorrow I'm of on holiday to India!! I'm going to be travelling the whole of India and I'm going to visit about 10 different places/states! Soo Exciting :)

But right now, my main trouble is..PACKING. Ugh. There are sooo many awesome clothes I've bought but their just tooo much and I know that when i go there I'm probably gonna go buy a whole new closet (India actually has A-MAZING clothes;] )

Hence, I've decided to make a list of ways to help me and YOU (in case you're travelling) pack :P

  1. 1
Make a list of all the clothes, toiletries and extra stuff you want to take with you.

  2. 2
Be reasonable in what you are planning to take. If you are going to Canada in the middle of winter you will not need a thin summer dress. Likewise, if visiting the Great Barrier Reef you will not need your thick winter coat. Remember you will probably have access to some form of washing machine, so you do not need to take your entire wardrobe.
  3. 3
Now its time to start packing. Place your heavy clothes at the bottom of your suitcase and your lighter ones at the top. Place shoes in large zip-lock plastic bags and place on top. Stuff undies and socks down the sides of your clothes. If you run out of room, t-shirts can be rolled and also placed down the sides of your clothes.
  4. 4
Next, pack your toiletries. Only pack what you will absolutely need. If you're staying in a hotel, then chances are they will provide you with little shampoos and soaps. Phone the hotel ahead of time and find out. A basic list of what a teen girl will need in the way of toiletries include : soap/body wash, shampoo, conditioner (only bring these if you don't want to use little hotel shampoos or your hotel doesn't give you any), toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, hair-ties, body lotion, moisturizer, face cleanser/face wipes, deodorant, shaving razor (perhaps try a few disposable razors?), pads/tampons and dental floss. Also any medication that is needed (clearly labeled if you'll be going through airport security).
  5. 5
If you have large bottles of product, buy some small travel-size bottles and pour your products into them. Alternatively, you can just buy small versions of your favourite products from the chemist or supermarket.
  6. 6
If you can, try and fit things like phone and camera chargers into your suitcase.
  7. 7
If you are anticipating a long journey to your destination, pack a few things into a bag for entertainment. These could include an ipod, book, magazine, NintendoDS, laptop (for playing movies), etc.

Well happy holidays!! XOXO ♥♥
